The Hometown T1D Fall Festival

The 2nd Annual Hometown T1D Fall Festival is our way of bringing our community together to support people affected by Type 1 Diabetes!

All proceeds raised will go towards supporting families with newly diagnosed T1D members, sponsoring kids to a yearly summer camp where they can connect with other Type 1 friends, funding the local Type 1 Diabetes Support Group, Finger Poke Pals, providing education and resources to the community, assisting those in need with supplies, and helping local families obtain Diabetic Alert Dogs!

 Join us October 5th - 6th, 2024 for our Fall Festival, a fun-filled family event! Enjoy a day of family fun activities including a pumpkin patch, pony rides, games, face painting, and much more. Bring your loved ones and experience the magic of fall together. Don't miss out on this exciting celebration and support your local Type 1 community!
