The Hometown T1D Fall Festival

The 3nd Annual Hometown T1D Fall Festival is our way of bringing our community together to support people affected by Type 1 Diabetes!

All proceeds raised will go towards supporting families with newly diagnosed T1D members, sponsoring kids to a yearly summer camp where they can connect with other Type 1 friends, funding the local Type 1 Diabetes Support Group, providing education and resources to the community, and assisting those in need with supplies! 

Join us October 4th - 5th, 2025 for our Fall Festival, a fun-filled family event! Enjoy a day of family fun activities including a pumpkin patch, pony rides, games, face painting, and much more. Bring your loved ones and experience the magic of fall together. Don't miss out on this exciting celebration and support your local Type 1 community!
